“I am a laid back down to earth confident happy person who loves to sail, cook, play hard and work hard. Any day on the beach or a boat with great company and good music is fine by me. I love my job and work very hard so my free time is very important to me. I sell residential an commercial real estate in South Carolina and Georgia. I consider myself a solution provider. I am comfortable in any situation with all types of people. We all have our own views an opinions and I enjoy the stimulation of different types of personalities, opinions and beliefs. I live my life by one very simple philosophy. Live Life to the Fullest! There are no Reruns!”

Q: You are the starring role in one movie already made- what movie would you pick, and which actor would play you?
A: Mr. & Mrs. Smith. George Clooney or Brad Pitt.

Q: If you could have a super natural power what would it be and why?
A: To fly, so I would never have to sit in traffic.

Q: If you could steal one thing in the world without getting caught what would you take?
A: The Holy Grail.

Q: What would you have named yourself, if you had the option?
A: I would the use the name I was given. Warren is very unique.

Q: Which 1 year of your life would you relive and why?
A: Sophomore year in college. I was President of my fraternity and enjoyed complete independence to experience life without any pressures other than going to class and getting good grades.

Q: If you just won CH2’ Bachelor of the Year who is the first person you would call? (This is a trick question, you have to keep it a secret until the magazine comes out January 1, 2010)
A: My mother.

Q: What is your favorite thing to watch on TV? What is your least favorite thing to watch on TV? (Be specific. Example: If Sports are your favorite pick a one. If Reality TV is your least favorite pick a show.)
A: I love to watch college and pro football. CNN makes my blood boil.

Q: What would your entrance music be?
A: “I Like to Move It” by Reel 2 Real.

Q: If you could be famous for something you don’t currently do what would it be?
A: A Major League baseball pitcher.

About Us

In September of 2006, Celebrate Hilton Head (CH2) burst onto the scene with a fresh perspective on Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and the surrounding Low Country. At the helm was a team of young women (all under 30!) with no experience whatsoever in the publishing industry. The first year they made up the rules as they went along. CH2 (and CB2 – Celebrate Bluffton and Beyond), now entering their third year , has evolved into a well-respected publication with over 150 advertisers and a distribution to over 47,000 locals and visitors each month.

Content ranges from Interesting Islander profiles and arts and entertainment pieces to food and wine topics and Hilton Head and Bluffton Business Profiles. CH2’s Bachelor of the Year Contest has blossomed into a greatly anticipated media event every year with viral marketing (i.e., Facebook, MySpace) contributing to the annual readership of those issues pertaining to the contest and over 700 people attending the Bachelor of the Year party held every October held at a local Hilton Head or Bluffton entertainment spot.

CH2 strives to give back to the community in which they have been so successful by sponsoring charitable events in both Hilton Head Island and Bluffton (Bluffton’s MayFest, put on by the Bluffton Rotary), donating editorial space to worthy organizations (Bold Strokes, Volunteers in Medicine, March of Dimes), and making the Hilton Head Island Rec Center the recipient of monies raised in conjunction with the Bachelor of the Year Contest.
